The .MSI file that you will receive upon download is an installer to be executed on a Desktop PC to which your Windows CE device is attached through ActiveSync (In Windows 7, Windows Mobile Device Center). After installation, even if your device was not connected or if for some reason the CAB file was not automatically installed, you can find a CrE-ME™ CAB file on your PC which you can put on the device to install CrE-ME™ (by clicking on it as it appears on the device's file explorer).
CAB file location:
Windows XP: "\Program Files\Microsoft ActiveSync\NSIcom".
Windows 7: "\Windows\WindowsMobile\NSIcom".
